ABOUT THE EVENT

What is All The Good Things Music & Arts Festival? All The Good Things Music & Art Festival is an outdoor celebration of homegrown talent— bringing together music, art, and community in one shared space. In celebration of Jess & Pat’s 10th anniversary, the festival honors a decade of stories, songs, and good things built together.
When and where is it? January 18, 2026 at the UP National Science Complex Amphitheatre (inside the University of the Philippines - Diliman), Quezon City.
Is this an all-ages event? Everyone’s welcome! The festival is open to ALL ages. The event has no age restriction, but children under 5 year old are discouraged due to crowd and sound conditions. Minors must have their own ticket and must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian (maximum 1 adult : 2 minors).
Who is organizing the festival? The festival is presented by Jess & Pat’s in celebration of its 10th anniversary, together with Republic of Gamers (Tech Partner) and EcoWaste Coalition (Sustainability Partner).

ENTRY & ONSITE POLICIES

When do gates open? Gates open at 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon.
How will entry work? Tickets will be scanned and exchanged for wristbands at entry. Wristbands are non-transferable once issued.
Is re-entry allowed? Yes re-entry is allowed unless otherwise announced.
What ID do I need? Bring a valid ID for verification and to claim your merch if required.
Can I bring a bag? Small bags are allowed but will be checked. Large bags, coolers, or prohibited items are not.
What items are prohibited? Prohibited items include weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, alcohol, and large coolers. Full list to be published before the event.
Is smoking/vaping allowed? Designated smoking areas may be provided. Please respect the festival grounds and dispose of waste properly.
Is alcohol allowed? No. The festival follows Jess & Pat’s no-alcohol policy to keep it inclusive and family-friendly.

TICKETS & TIERS

What ticket types are available? Two tiers: (1) Regular Ticket – concert entry only, and (2) Merch Bundle Ticket – includes entry + exclusive merch (limited quantities). All tickets are general admission. Come early to get the best seats because they are first come, first served!
Do all tickets include merch? No. Only Merch Bundle Tickets include exclusive festival merch. These are limited and will sell out quickly.
How do I buy tickets? Purchase only from our official ticket partner via the link on our site. Avoid unofficial resellers.
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non-refundable. Transfers may be allowed prior to wristband issuance.
Can I buy tickets at the gate? Limited gate tickets may be available if the event hasn’t sold out. Advance purchase is recommended.
Can I transfer my ticket? Yes, before wristband claim. Once wristbands are issued, tickets are non-transferable.
Do I need to print my ticket? No need! Your e-ticket is sufficient for entry.
Max # of tickets per person? Max number of allotment per person is 6 tickets.
Do you offer discount for PWDs/Senior Citizens? Yes, we offer 20% discount to eligible ID holders. Here are the instructions on how to avail of the discount:

1. Message the Jess & Pat's / All The Good Things Facebook page/s to ask for discount
2. Our team shall verify if buyer is eligible for discount
3. A unique discount code will be provided once ID has been verified

MERCH BUNDLE & REDEMPTION

How do I claim the merch included with my ticket? Present your Merch Bundle Ticket at the upon entry on concert day to redeem your exclusive item.
What if I don’t pick up my merch? Merch must be claimed on concert day. Unclaimed items cannot be replaced or shipped.
What merch is included? The Merch Bundle includes one exclusive All The Good Things festival items: (1) Good Days Together tote bag, (2) Tanghalian Hanggang Hapunan postcards, (1) ATGTF logo enamel pin designed especially for this anniversary event.
Will there be other merch for sale? Yes! Additional official festival merch and Jess & Pat’s anniversary items will be available for purchase at the merch booth while stocks last.
Can I buy tickets at the gate? Limited gate tickets may be available if the event hasn’t sold out. Advance purchase is recommended.
Can I transfer my ticket? Yes, before wristband claim. Once wristbands are issued, tickets are non-transferable.

WEATHER, SAFETY, REFUNDS

What happens if it rains? The festival is outdoors and will proceed rain or shine unless weather conditions are unsafe. We also recommend bringing mosquito repellents. Updates via socials.
Are refunds available if the event is canceled? If cancellation occurs, ticket holders will receive official instructions for refunds or reschedule options. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

LOGISTICS & FACILITIES

Will there be food & drinks? Yes! Expect curated food merchants and beverage booths.
What payment methods will vendors accept? Vendors accept cash and digital payments. ATMs may be limited.
Is parking available? Limited parking on-site. We encourage carpooling or public transport.
How do I get there? The UP National Science Complex Amphitheatre is accessible via Katipunan Ave. or Commonwealth Ave. Jeepney, bus, and Grab routes are available. Directions will be posted soon.
Are there restrooms on site? Yes, clean portable restrooms and handwashing stations will be provided throughout the venue.
